Zuzana & Rusty CERVEN

Just a spontaneous, adventurous, newly-married couple who decided to follow their hearts and curious mind, leave everything behind and explore the world on their own. Both of us are working in hospitality and bar industry for many years (last 5 years together at The Connaught Bar and The Gibson in London). Driven by everyday’s passion and curiosity about different cultures we love to seek and experience local traditions, drinking rituals & eating habits every time we travel; connect to places, not as tourists but locals, by its history, music and people’s unforgettable stories. It will be about the adventure and lifetime journey, not the destinations. We embraced the opportunity to do something that pushed us out of our comfort zone and learn something new every day. We are not professional travel bloggers, neither website builders or photographers.. We are the ones who feel absolutely privileged to be a part of such an amazing industry as hospitality, full of inspired people, friends and family, criss cross connected all around the globe. The BAR is a very special place, where every bartender pouring a drink or a floortender looking after the guests makes new friends every single time they serve them the drink. Any beverage, either it’s tea, coffee, milk, wine or spirit. All of them reflect authenticity of cultural diversity and our aim is find these places and tell people stories about. 🙂
